Located in the charismatic town of Castlemaine, Forêt (French for Forest) is a distillery with a focus on the craft of distilling and joie de vivre.

Inspired by the French Riviera, sunsets and the sound of the cicadas, our Pastis is a blend of traditional knowledge combined with locally grown botanicals, giving this sweet aniseed aperitif a uniquely Australian character.
