Now the BMA team has recovered from the Creative Connections Conference, it’s time to reflect, evaluate and celebrate. This event was funded by Business Victoria to help boost engagement and build business skills for people across creative and businesses in our shire.
This event was funded by Business Victorian to help boost engagement and build business skills for people across creative and businesses in our shire. BMA ran 10 activities, 82 business owners participated / attended, 14 speakers & facilitators, and many rich conversations. Feedback gathered by participants show that 100% would attend again if the conference was a regular event and 70% say ‘it made me feel like a community‘.
Testimonials to the conference and workshops read.
“I have lost count of the number of conferences I have attended, but this was two days extremely well spent. I thought the level of presentation was excellent and though I had considered myself experienced in certain aspects of the arts, there is no question that I learnt an enormous amount.”
