DESCRIPTION:Business Mount Alexander plans to ride the wave of renewed energy and interest in the region by kicking off its first networking and information-sharing event of the year at the Taproom on Thursday\, 11 March from 6pm for a 6:30 start to 8:30pm (at The Mill Castlemaine). \nAs well as showcasing innovative local entrepreneurs and offering business owners the chance to meet and mingle and to sample some wonderful local produce\, the gathering will feature Anna Knight\, Creative Cities Officer for the Greater Bendigo region\, as guest speaker. Anna will talk about the myriad opportunities inherent in the City of Greater Bendigo’s recent UNESCO City of Gastronomy designation – the first ever in Australia.
